About Me
I'm a colourful mother of 2 who loves pottery, reading, my family and helping people work through their thoughts and feelings.
I have a Cert 4 in Mental Health and a Diploma of Counselling. I'm also a member of the Australian Counselling Association.My therapeutic style is built on the foundation of Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals (EFIT), which provides a powerful roadmap for understanding and reshaping emotional experiences. I also incorporate trauma-informed, strength-based, and person-centered approaches to ensure the therapy is tailored to your unique needs, highlights your inherent resilience, and creates a safe, collaborative space for healing.

Seeking counselling for the first time or with a new therapist can be a scary moment. New things usually are, but I will make it easy for you. Being able to access support from the comfort of your home via video call means you can stay in your PJs or even see me between work meetings. No need to trek to see me.
How I can help
I'm here to help those people who may be struggling with... relationships with others or with themselves, struggling with work or setting goals, wondering what step to take next or maybe just wanting to talk to someone about a lifelong negative experience with family...I'm here. I can't fix the situation, but I can help you navigate experiences in a non-judgmental, safe space with empathy and care.
Are you on the NDIS?
I'm also able to offer counselling to NDIS participants. Offering NDIS-funded counselling provides a vital service for participants seeking to enhance their mental well-being and daily living. I aim to empower individuals to achieve their goals, fostering greater independence and community participation within a safe, confidential, and empathetic environment.
